Uni 16-04-2020: About VAT declaration

Official letter No 442/CT-TTHT about VAT declaration as follows:

In 2020, the Company starts a new tax period and definites the VAT declaration of period based on revenues of the year before. However, in the year before the company ceased to do business and had no revenues, the company would be subject to quarterly VAT declaration.
